Wilbur Ternyik posed with bronze at Florence Events Center on April 13th. Elected officials and citizens recognized Wilbur for his 40 years of community service including 16 years as City Councilman, including 6 years as Mayor, and 29 years as commissioner for the Port of Siuslaw.

Sculptor Lorenzo Ghiglieri and Kathy Bridges from the Bridges Foundation present the bronze to Wilbur Ternyik at a Florence celebration held in April. The bronze will be permanently mounted on 120-year old Douglas fir pedestal at its final destination, Gateway to Discovery north of Seaside.
